LCHS is a fully comprehensive school with nearly 1400 students on roll including 340 in the Sixth Form. Located on the Northern outskirts near Lincoln’s beautiful cathedral, the school works in partnership with fifteen primary schools, ranging from our nearest neighbours in uphill Lincoln and our local estates, to villages as far north as Lea and Marton.

We offer a full and diverse curriculum which includes academic and vocational opportunities. Including an impressive range of foreign languages, seven different Technology courses and a whole spectrum of sporting opportunities using our all-weather surface, swimming pool, fitness suite, dance studio, sports hall and gymnasium. We also offer opportunities for our students to visit and make links with schools in a wide range of other countries across the world. In addition there is a full and exciting range of extra-curricular opportunities each day after school.

The school has achieved the prestigious International School Award on five successive occasions, one of only a handful of schools in the country to have done so. We are proud of the success of all our students who go on to excel in all walks of life, including places in top universities, apprenticeships and college/further education.

This year around 80 students have applied for places in further and higher education from our Sixth Form, whilst over 60% of our previous Year 11 have graduated to the Sixth Form here in September 2017. Results from the leavers three years ago are very positive indeed, with over 17 First Class Honours degrees, including one at Cambridge University in English with Education. Congratulations to everyone form that year group who have now graduated!

Lincoln Christ’s Hospital School is an exciting place to be and to learn, and has a track record of successful outcomes for its students.
